Model 2600 Raised Bed Mulch
Layer with Auto RO-TRAK
Features of the
2600 include
- Adjustable from 3 ft to 5 ft wide
plastic.
- Adjustable bed height from 5" to 9".
- Special rolled bed formers bring fine
soil to center of bed where you plant.
- Adjustable tension brake on plastic roll
and drip roll carriers.
- Rear disc blades are fully adjustable.
Can also be tilted up or down to knife into soil for better
coverage.
- Large independent press wheels keep
plastic in place.
- Bed press has adjustable side press
plates, for more or less plastic coverage.
- Spring loaded shovels on side, help
loosen soil for cover disks.
- Full open back makes plastic roll loading
easy.
- Will carry two 4000ft long rolls of
plastic mulch.
- High speed dirt shields, adjustable row
markers, operator seat, and UHMW poly lined bed press are
standard features.

Why raised
beds?
- Earlier Crops: Raised beds will
make your produce crop earlier due to warmer better drained
soils,
- Cleaner Crops: Crops stay off the ground
and are easier to pick. Dirt is not rolled onto plastic if
between rows are cultivated.
- Prevent Erosion: Rows should be laid with
the field contour.
- Remove Plastic Fast: Plastic pulls away
easier from raised beds.

2550: |

- The 2550 Raised Bed Mulch Layer has most
of the same features as its bigger brother Model 2600.
- The model 2550 is an excellent machine
for the small grower and will probably set the standards of
mulch layers in the future.
- Its compact size can do 60” row centers,
also less HP requires 70-HP or 40 with 4-wheel drive.
Optional Equipment: Drip irrigation attachment, Crowned
bed, Dry fertilizer hopper, and fumigating attachment, front disk.

- Will lay 3’ or 4’ plastic mulch.
- Can be used to make beds without
plastics.

The Model 345 Flat Bed
Mulch Layer will
lay 3’, 4’ or 5’ plastic.
This machine has an independent leveling
blade that floats, and a bed press.
The specially designed leveling blade does
an excellent job in leveling uneven soil. Eliminating low spots in
the beds that fill with water.

Trench openers are behind the bed press so soil
can move away to make the trench.
- Has extra roll carrier.
